Job Location NEMC NORTH EAST MIX CENTER Job Description The Digital Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality through digital innovation. As a Process Engineer/Line Leader you will learn the required technical manufacturing skills, onboard to IWS, develop general leadership skills, and leverage digital analytics. The Process Engineer/Line Leader will be part of the line triad and support the continuous improvement cycle for the line, including owning daily direction setting and run to target as part of the execution.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
As a Process Engineer/Line Leader you will learn the required technical manufacturing skills, onboard to IWS, develop general leadership skills, and leverage digital analytics. Job Qualifications Required A degree in Engineering or a related field is required. Prior experience in warehouse operations or process engineering is preferred. Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other stakeholders.
