You will help advance our business by developing and delivering innovative recruiting strategies that connect the company with top talent. We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to primarily support recruiting for P&G’s commercial business areas, with a focus on Design, Media, and Digital Commerce talent.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs, build targeted sourcing plans, strengthen job descriptions, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Job Qualifications Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to share and gather information clearly, concisely, and professionally across all levels of an organization. Strong data and analytics skills, including the ability to use insights to influence stakeholders and guide recruiting decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment.
