Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification: Minimum Master’s degree or completion of an Aalim course from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
- Added Advantage: Qualification in Islamic Finance is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in Islamic Banking.
- Skills Required:
- Managing and overseeing financing products.
- Monitoring the performance of banking financing solutions.
- Ensuring compliance of financing products with banking regulations.
- Developing and optimizing financing product strategies.
- Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head of Asset Product Development in product development and launch activities in collaboration with bank-wide stakeholders.
- Identifying gaps in approved product frameworks and working with the Shariah Compliance Department (SCD) to resolve them.
- Conducting internal training sessions on Islamic products and ensuring day-to-day Shariah compliance across regions.
- Supporting regions in improving Shariah Audit Ratings, resolving pending audit observations, and addressing day-to-day queries related to asset financing products.
