Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Labor Relations, Finance, or similar.
- 1-2 years of experience in flexible compensation, payroll, or labor tax.
- Practical knowledge of tax and labor regulations applicable to remuneration.
- Highly valued experience with SAP ERP and digital benefit management tools.
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with collaborative tools (Power BI, Teams, etc.).
- Proactivity, attention to detail, and orientation towards continuous improvement.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools.
- High level of English.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Meticulousness and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and working methods.
Key Functions:
- Operational management of flexible compensation plans: registrations, cancellations, benefit tracking, and incident resolution.
- Support in payroll calculation and review, ensuring correct application of labor and tax regulations.
- Coordination with external benefit providers to ensure correct accounting and tax integration.
- Collaboration in the preparation of reports related to remuneration and labor costs.
- Support in the accounting of payroll and benefits in the ERP (ideally SAP).
- Participation in digitalization and automation projects related to compensation and payroll.
