- Planning and arranging high-level executive work itineraries.
- Booking and coordinating flights, restaurant reservations, gift planning and arrangements, and compiling document data and file management.
- Arranging and notifying meetings, producing meeting minutes, and tracking resolution of decided matters.
- Handling departmental administrative affairs (communication, coordination, and integration among various departments).
- Organizing and distributing approval documents, tracking execution status, and continuously monitoring progress.
- Handling other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the executive, follow-up, and communication matters, and proactively reporting back.
