We advise a range of local, regional and global clients on all aspects of people strategy, underlying compliance and governance in many areas of business-driven HR programmes.

As a Manager within our Workforce Management practice, you will help clients design and deploy innovative, AI-enhanced workforce solutions. You'll work alongside a team of talent and rewards specialists who bring their expertise together to improve the way work works — across organisation design, strategic workforce planning, future skills and skill-gap analysis, transformation action plans, and performance and total rewards.

You will lead engagement teams, own client relationships, and drive the integration of AI, analytics, and digital tools into every facet of workforce and HR transformation.

You should be interested in building and showcasing your skills within the following areas:

  • People analytics - Leveraging data and AI to drive workforce decisions, designing analytics frameworks, performing quantitative/qualitative research.
  • HR operating model - Aligning HR capabilities and structure to deliver value in line with business strategy.
  • HR service delivery – Exploring different service delivery models (eg. Shared services, outsourcing) and leveraging technology and automation to drive smart and intuitive people practices.
  • Employee experience – Be able to think differently, usage of design thinking to develop HR practices that engages the mindset and behaviours of the workforce.
  • HR policy & processes review - provide practical frameworks to refine operating processes and reduce costs, or improve service levels across the entire HR services value chain.
  • Ability to analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulation.
  • Creating people data sets and aligning these to wider organisational data sets. Using and applying quantitative and qualitative research design and carrying out data analysis, from basic to multivariate analysis to solve problems.

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
  • Train, support and lead team members.
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
  • Lead the use of digital tools, analytics, and AI capabilities to enhance the quality, efficiency, and insightfulness of client deliverables.
  • Ability to operationalize AI tools in day-to-day work, including designing structured prompts, applying AI for data analysis and problem solving, and critically validating outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and business applicability.
  • Contribute to the development of your own technical acumen.
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.
  • Develop proposals as part of the team pursuit of advisory engagement opportunities covering research work, preparing proposal decks, carrying out internal risk checks, etc.
  • Ensure the deliverables adheres to the firms' policies and risk management requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in workforce management and human capital strategy, contributing to the development of thought leadership content.

Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline. Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in workforce management, human capital advisory, people analytics, HR technology, or related consulting roles.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Harvey) to enhance research, productivity, and deliverable quality.
  • Experience applying AI to people analytics, HR transformation, or workforce solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R is a plus), visualization platforms, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in workforce analytics and HR technology solutions.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PMP are a plus.
