Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Main Mission:
The Senior Associate intervenes on independent SWIFT CSP (Customer Security Programme) evaluation missions in accordance with the Customer Security Controls Framework (CSCF). He/she contributes to the realization of comprehensive compliance reviews, covering documentary analysis, control evaluation, collection and qualification of evidence, as well as the formalization of findings and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in framing: scope, SWIFT architecture (A1–A4/B), stakeholders, planning.
- Collect, analyze, and challenge evidence (technical & organizational).
- Perform control evaluation: design, implementation, operational effectiveness.
- Document findings and recommendations in deliverables.
- Contribute to presentations and answer clients' technical questions.
- Supervise junior profiles and contribute to internal tools.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of SWIFT architectures and associated technical environments.
- In-depth knowledge of CSCF controls (mandatory & optional).
- Ability to analyze technical configurations (AD, systems, network, hardening…).
- Mastery of cybersecurity, good governance and access management practices.
- Comfortable with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio), control matrices, technical evidence.

- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- High sense of rigor and detail.
- Clear and structured communication (oral & written).
- Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to prioritize.
- Comfortable interacting with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to supervise junior profiles.
Desired Profile:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, compliance, or risk management.
- First experience in SWIFT CSP evaluations highly appreciated.
