This beautiful resort opened in October 2008, and has 90 one-bedroom villas, 1 Presidential Suite, 45 two-to-five-bedroom residential villas, 5 stunning Food and Beverage venues in addition to managing an off-property beach bar/restaurant, an award-winning over water Spa, 2 tennis courts and a fitness center. Key Responsibilities Guest Service Excellence Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional manner. Present menus, offer recommendations, and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages. Ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience by anticipating guest needs and preferences. Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies accurately. Service Delivery Take food and beverage orders clearly and accurately. Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards (sequence of service, plating, wine service, etc.). Maintain constant communication with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service. Check back with guests throughout the meal and ensure satisfaction. Operational Excellence Set up dining areas, including table settings, glassware, cutlery, and décor. Maintain a clean, organized, and wellâpresented service area. Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing. Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP standards). Teamwork & Communication Work collaboratively with hosts, chefs, bartenders, and supervisors. Participate in daily briefings, trainings, and service updates. Support colleagues during busy periods to uphold fiveâstar service consistency. Brand & Professionalism Uphold the hotelâs image through immaculate grooming and uniform standards. Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive attitude at all times. Act as an ambassador of the hotel by providing exceptional hospitality. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Prior experience in restaurant or hotel service (luxury or fine dining preferred). Formal hospitality training or certification is an advantage. Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of food, beverages, wine, and service techniques. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. High level of attention to detail and guest focus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
