- Organisational and Technology Change: Shape and lead change strategies that enable adoption at scale, ensuring transformation is embedded and delivers measurable business impact.
- Practice Growth and Development: Play a key role in building the TDD practice; developing people, refining our methodologies, and contributing to how we go to market and win work.
- Client and Market Impact: Build strong, trusted client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to the development of new and existing engagements.
Reimagine how we show up for our team. Show adaptability and care by adopting a continuous improvement mindset to shape how we care for our team and evolve our ways of working.
