This role is designed for a digital native who excels at "social listening"—identifying emerging trends and consumer behaviors—and rapidly converting those insights into high-impact, social-first content that drives traffic and sales. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between community conversation and digital commerce, creating content that shortens the path to purchase and drives growth across all channels.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
The ideal candidate thrives in the fast-paced world of startups or digital-first businesses, possessing a high degree of curiosity and the ability to operate within ambiguity to challenge creative norms. Job Qualifications Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or influencer marketing. Proven experience in a startup or high-growth digital business, with a track record of moving from "insight to post" with speed. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive external agency/creator partners. Starting Pay/Salary Range: $110,000 – $165,300 Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
