- Assisting various business units in implementing recruitment strategies and workforce planning, providing professional advice to meet organizational talent needs.
- Executing full-cycle recruitment operations, including demand confirmation, talent sourcing, interview arrangement, employment processes, and pre-onboarding background checks.
- Proactively searching for potential talent, establishing and maintaining a candidate database to support medium- and long-term workforce needs.
- Developing, publishing, and continuously optimizing recruitment advertisements; utilizing diverse channels to attract talent.
- Managing LinkedIn employer branding, responsible for company page content planning, updates, and maintenance to enhance brand exposure and recruitment effectiveness.
- Operating and maintaining the recruitment system (Workday), promoting system function optimization and troubleshooting.
- Regularly analyzing recruitment KPIs, proposing improvement plans, and enhancing recruitment efficiency.
- Participating in the promotion and execution of other HR projects.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, headhunting experience preferred, with the ability to independently complete full-cycle recruitment being a plus.
- Practical experience in independent interviews and LinkedIn talent sourcing.
- Good English reading and writing skills, with intermediate communication ability in speaking and listening.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, logical thinking, service-oriented, and willing to deeply understand business needs.
