Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Leads organizational governance and internal controls for HR systems Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Have a major or concentration in any of these areas – Human Resources, Business, Industrial Labor Relations, Organizational Development or relevant majors Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills , collaborative skills and ability to work in a team environment.
