Are you an energetic candidate notary, corporate lawyer, or attorney with a passion for corporate law and an interest in the innovative application of AI within legal services? Are you looking for a challenging role where you combine complex (Dutch and cross-border) corporate law issues with multidisciplinary project implementation and the use of advanced technologies?
Within the International Business Reorganisations team of PwC Legal Business Solutions, you will deal with various aspects of Dutch corporate law. You will work on complex projects, advise prominent clients, and contribute to the further growth of the team. You will work closely with colleagues from our Tax, Advisory, and Assurance departments and play an important role in the deployment of AI and LegalTech within our service offerings. What distinguishes PwC Legal Business Solutions from most international, premium, and boutique law firms is that we use AI not only to make work processes more efficient but also to develop innovative client solutions that offer genuine added value, while maintaining the highest level of quality in our legal advice. This enables us to proactively and future-proof advise and support our clients, making us leaders in Legal Technology Innovation.
What you will do: You will be part of an ambitious and inclusive team within PwC Legal Business Solutions, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and quality are central. You will work on challenging and meaningful client assignments where your expertise counts, with room to actively apply technology and AI tools in your daily work and for client solutions. In this role, you will be active across the full spectrum of corporate law, from advising on complex issues to the implementation of national and international restructuring projects, often working closely with colleagues at home and abroad. You will actively build your own client portfolio and bring restructuring propositions to the market. You will advise on various complex (Dutch and cross-border) corporate law issues, focusing not only on identifying legal risks but primarily on creating solutions that consider the interests of all stakeholders. You will implement and coordinate complex national and international restructuring projects, such as pre-deal carve-outs, post-deal integrations, simplification of group structures, and transformations of business models, and draft the legal documentation for them. You will coach team members in their legal, commercial, and personal development and contribute to the further growth of the International Business Reorganisations team. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of legal services by integrating cutting-edge AI technologies and managing high-stakes corporate reorganizations.
