Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, preferably within a large banking/financial institution.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cognos, IBM Db2W, Enterprise semantic modelling, and self-service BI.
- Ability to translate business requirements, processes, KPIs, and analytical needs into trusted and scalable BI solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and managing the enterprise Business Semantic Layer on IBM Db2W/Big SQL, ensuring consistent definitions, measures, dimensions, hierarchies, and KPIs.
- Capability to lead the delivery of IBM Cognos reports, dashboards, analytics, and governed self-service BI while supporting Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, and other approved platforms.
- Skill in optimizing semantic models, reports, dashboards, and SQL workloads for performance and scalability while supporting modern data technologies, automation, continuous improvement, technical leadership, and vendor coordination.
