Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering at least two full-cycle EC implementations, demonstrating deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and a strong understanding of HR business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure EC modules including employee data, workflows, business rules, and organizational structures.
- Conduct system testing, data validation, and user training.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Time Management, and IT.
Required Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle EC implementations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals).
