As a Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact advisory services to our clients, leveraging your expertise to solve complex business challenges and drive strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities for this role will include Client Engagement, Data Analysis, Strategy Development & Planning, Project Management/Leadership, Presentation and Reporting, Business Development and Mentorship.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related subject from an accredited university.
- Internationally recognised professional qualification such as CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA. Candidates with other professional or academic qualifications and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
- 6 years of relevant experience working in a Big 4 or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and planning activities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Alteryx).
- Proven track record of successfully managing consulting projects, client relationships, and teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
