We aim to expand our Cyber Security, Forensics & Privacy practice. Therefore, we are looking for a Director Cybersecurity for the Financial Sector. Our Cyber Security, Forensics & Privacy (CF&P) team is dedicated to making society safer for large national and international organizations. Together with 150 other professionals throughout the Netherlands, you will work on leading and groundbreaking projects covering all aspects of cybersecurity: from Ethical Hacking to threat detection and forensic investigation, from preventing to solving cybercrime, from Privacy, Compliance, Policy & Governance, Resilience, Security Architecture and implementation to Identity and Access Management.
As Director Cybersecurity (FS), you will assist our clients in the financial sector in navigating the opportunities and challenges of a rapidly digitalizing world. You will help our clients realize their digital ambitions by advising them on managing the associated risks and opportunities. You will be a sparring partner for the Board of Directors and the management of our clients on a wide range of topics, such as establishing a security organization, setting up and executing a security program, conducting risk analyses, and leading complex implementation projects and programs in the field of cybersecurity, privacy, and business continuity. Leveraging your network within the financial sector, you will identify new opportunities and create possibilities for further client engagement. You will hold ultimate responsibility and a leadership role in large projects and programs, mentoring more junior colleagues. You will act as a coach and collaborate with them on tasks, ideas, and proposals. Finally, within PwC, you will connect with other disciplines, both locally and internationally, and industries to deliver enhanced solutions for our clients.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• You are a C-level professional (within PwC: Director level) with significant personal responsibilities, who also guides other professionals within your team and acts as a connector within and outside the organization.
• You are strategically ultimately responsible for assignments with our clients in the financial and public sectors.
• You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience in the financial sector at the intersection of Business, IT, and Cybersecurity.
• You possess relevant qualifications in the field of Cybersecurity, for example, a post-initial master, a SANS certification, CISSP, and/or CISM.
• You are energized by developing and marketing innovative services.
• You have a keen sense for identifying opportunities with clients and already possess experience in leveraging and expanding them.
• You have highly developed analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You have an excellent oral and written command of the Dutch language.
• You have an academic background (WO) or HBO education.
