  Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

• Develop and implement regional fundraising plans to meet annual targets through CSR grants, project-based fundraising, and other initiatives.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and prospective donors, including corporations, donor organizations, and HNWIs.

• Identify and cultivate potential partnerships to enhance organizational visibility, fundraising collaborations, and brand engagement opportunities.

• Engage donors and corporate partners in fundraising events, securing sponsorships and in-kind support to strengthen community involvement.

• Enroll new donors through networking, hospital tours, and engagement initiatives while ensuring consistent donor satisfaction and retention.

• Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of fundraising teams within the assigned region, monitor their productivity, and ensure achievement of fundraising goals.

• Track regional fundraising performance, prepare periodic progress reports, and coordinate with the Head Office for alignment with overall fundraising strategy.
