This Human Resources (HR) Business Partner Generalist role at PwC focuses on developing and implementing long-term people strategies to align an organization's human capital with its business objectives. This involves analyzing workforce trends, applying best practices in HR strategy, performing long-term workforce planning, and enhancing the overall employee experience. In PwC's HR consulting business partnering area, you will provide strategic advice to business stakeholders on people strategies, policies, and programs to achieve current and future organizational goals and overcome people-related challenges. You will work collaboratively with the broader HR team to define the Firm's people strategy and priorities, based on business understanding, and influence the alignment and adoption of corporate guidelines across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Act as an HR Business Partner Generalist, supporting leadership on topics such as: Labor relations, Performance management, Conflict resolution and manager support, Performing analysis and validation of HR data and indicators (headcount, turnover, climate, etc.), Supporting and/or executing activities related to payroll (data interface and validation), Recruitment & Selection (process support), Training and Development (T&D), Conducting Employee Experience activities (Climate survey, Exit interviews, Engagement actions), Area indicators, Mediating and managing organizational conflicts, Ensuring the application of HR policies and practices with managers, Supporting decision-making processes based on people analytics, Interacting with different internal areas (Payroll, Legal, etc.) for process alignment. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Complete higher education (preferably in Psychology, Administration, HR, or related fields)
- Previous experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role
- Experience with multiple HR subsystems
- Technical Knowledge:
- HR indicators and data analysis
- Payroll processes (interface/validation level)
- R&S (Recruitment & Selection), T&D (Training & Development), and generalist practices
- Climate survey and exit interviews
- Intermediate English
Preferences:
- Experience with People Analytics and HR indicators
- Experience in structured corporate environments / consultancies
- Experience in organizational climate, engagement, and transformation
