We are recruiting professionals with Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and consulting experience to help enterprise clients drive digital transformation and process optimization. This position will participate in Oracle Fusion projects covering planning, requirements gathering, solution design, system implementation, and post-go-live support. Through a deep understanding of enterprise processes and system functionalities, you will provide high-quality, commercially valuable consulting services to clients.
- Participate in the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP projects to help clients enhance operational efficiency and management performance.
- Conduct requirements interviews with key client users and business units to clarify current processes, business pain points, and system needs, and propose feasible solutions.
- Be responsible for process design, system configuration, test planning, integration verification, and go-live deployment for Oracle Fusion functional modules.
- Assist clients with process reengineering and system optimization to ensure system implementation meets enterprise operational needs and internal control management requirements.
- Provide post-go-live functional support, problem troubleshooting, and continuous improvement suggestions to help clients maintain stable system operations.
- Write project-related documents, including requirement specifications, process design documents, test cases, operation manuals, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to enhance client understanding and application capabilities of the system.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, technical consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure projects progress according to schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Continuously keep abreast of the latest Oracle Fusion functionalities, product updates, and industry best practices, and apply them to client services and project delivery.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, consulting, maintenance, or related projects.
- Familiar with core enterprise processes, including financial accounting, procurement, supply chain, human resources, or other ERP related modules.
- Possess strong business process analysis, requirements interviewing, problem diagnosis, and solution design capabilities.
- Experienced in project execution and cross-departmental collaboration, able to maintain delivery quality under multi-tasking and timeline pressure.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
- Good English communication and document reading abilities are preferred.
- Oracle Fusion related certification or experience with large-scale ERP implementation is a plus.
