As a Senior Engineer in our core platform team, you will lead the architecture and development of backend services. From data model design to implementing highly available systems, your work will directly impact the platform's stability, scalability, and data processing efficiency.
Your Responsibilities: Lead the development of core backend services and design high-performance MongoDB data models to handle complex document and event data. Establish innovative Data Node and Link Graph mechanisms, and develop an Event-driven architecture to support real-time data linkage and impact analysis. Design and implement highly available, zero-downtime system architectures to ensure service stability and smooth continuous deployment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Frontend, RAG, and Workflow to integrate and deliver complete platform functionalities.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Possess 3+ years of C#/.NET or Node.js backend development experience.
- Familiar with MongoDB/NoSQL database design and have a deep understanding of data consistency and transaction control in distributed systems.
- Have practical development experience with RESTful API, Microservices, and Event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Container technologies (Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus.
