Join our dedicated team in Pōneke / Wellington or Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland as a Solutions Designer/Architect. You will work closely with Lines of Service, client teams, delivery leads, operations, risk, commercial and enabling functions to translate client needs into clear service scope, delivery patterns and service boundaries. The role supports strong client and internal stakeholder alignment by maintaining clear service design artefacts, documenting scope boundaries and exclusions, identifying delivery risks and dependencies, and ensuring proposed services are practical to mobilise, operate, govern and improve over time.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in solution design, service design, managed services, consulting, operations, transformation, business analysis, delivery model development or a related environment.
  • Strong understanding of how to translate client needs and business requirements into clear service scope, delivery models, operating requirements and service boundaries.
  • Experience working with Lines of Service, client teams and delivery teams to define responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies and handoffs.
  • Ability to design services that are practical, repeatable, scalable, commercially viable and capable of being delivered consistently at scale.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance client outcomes, delivery complexity, risk, quality, cost and operational scalability.
  • Understanding of managed services operating models, service transition, operational governance, reporting, quality management and continuous improvement.

Desirable:

  • Certification or training in service design, product management, project delivery, agile delivery, business analysis, operating model design, or similar disciplines.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent service management qualification.
  • Training or experience in managed services, operational excellence, process improvement, risk, quality, data, automation or AI-enabled service delivery.
