Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Qualification:
• MBBS or Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Reproductive Health, or related discipline.
Experience:
• Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience in SRHR, family planning, MNCH, or public health programmes. • Demonstrated experience working on donor-funded health programmes (EU, DFID, USAID, UN agencies, etc.). • Experience in health research, baseline studies, surveys, or programme evaluations related to SRHR. • Strong understanding of community-based health service delivery systems including LHW programmes and public health services in Pakistan. • Experience engaging with government health departments, population welfare departments, and community organisations.

Job Description:

Provide technical input into the study design and indicator framework for SRHR/FP, MNCH and adolescent health indicators.
Ensure alignment of baseline indicators with the project results framework and national SRHR priorities
Lead the technical development and review of household survey modules related to SRHR/FP, ANC, PNC services, adolescent health, services access and referral pathways.
Review and refine FGD and KII discussion guides to ensure coverage of SRHR service barriers, social norms, and governance issues.
Support the training of enumerators and qualitative research teams on key SRHR concepts, sensitivities associated with SRHR, and ethical engagement with women and adolescents.
Provide guidance during pilot testing and review pilot findings to refine tools.
Analyse and interpret SRHR-related findings emerging from household surveys, FGDs and KIIs.

Contribute to the baseline report, particularly sections related to SRHR/FP service utilization, MNCH and institutional engagement with LSOs
