We are looking for an HR Operations & Market Excellence Specialist to help deliver exceptional employee experiences while ensuring our HR operations remain accurate, compliant, and efficient. This role plays a critical part in delivering payroll, benefits, statutory compliance, and employee support services, while partnering with local, regional, and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Key Responsibilities Manage statutory insurance administration and coordinate with relevant government authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements. Identify, recommend, and support the implementation of process improvements and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any Business Course (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management) or Math/HR operations processing related Course 2-4 years of experience on HR operations, payroll, benefits, employment tax and statutory insurance Strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
