The Digital & IPA team at PwC Poland consists of nearly 500 people. We are responsible for IT projects for Polish and international clients. We carry out many tasks, from designing, building, and implementing, through developing functional specifications, analyzing data in source systems, to defining business requirements, supporting tests, and creating mobile applications. Within the department, we provide IT consulting services, mainly for financial sector institutions from Poland and abroad. We are looking for a Business-Systems Analyst (With German) to join our team.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You have higher education or are in the final years of studies (preferably STEM fields - Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Finance or other related).
- You have experience in a similar position in an IT company, consulting firm, or financial institution related to at least one of the areas: business requirements analysis and project specification creation or system analysis.
- You know databases and SQL language.
- You communicate fluently in German (preferred C1 level enabling project communication with German-speaking people).
- You communicate well in English (expected level: B2).
- You know business issues related to regulatory requirements and can create solutions in accordance with external regulations.
- You are a curious, creative person who not only wants to understand how a specific solution works, but also needs to get an answer to why it works that way.
- You have an ease of understanding data aggregation levels and connections between them.
- You can use tools that support working with large amounts of data.
- You have a passion for order and like to explain the reasons for specific dependencies and data arrangements.
- You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- You have the ability to combine business and technical knowledge, analytical thinking skills, and can build algorithms: mathematical, statistical, or other (programming).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SQL or ability to use statistical tools (e.g., R, SAS, Python).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI).
