Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification:
- CA / ACMA
- OR
- MBA
- Experience:
- For CA / ACMA: At least 9 years post-membership experience including 5 years relevant experience of Company / Board secretariat of a listed SOE / large listed company.
- For MBA: At least 11 years of experience including 5 years relevant experience of Company / Board secretariat of a listed SOE / large listed company.
- Other Requirements: The Candidates must have hands on experience and full command on State Owned Enterprises Act, 2023 & SOE Policy, Companies Act, 2017, Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019, Pakistan Stock Exchange Listing Regulations and other applicable laws related to the corporate sector.
