Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Ability to lead, coordinate and drive project delivery for SuccessFactors implementations or Digital HR client advisory services.
• Capability to conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges.
• Demonstrated ownership and management of the delivery of SAP projects to enhance our client's business functionality and overall performance.
• Ability to provide SME advice and guide project team members to connect with the relevant expertise in the global PwC network, SAP community or external stakeholders for issue resolution, risk mitigation and solutioning for SuccessFactors implementations.
• Experience in managing project financials.
• Capability to support the SAP practice in leading business development efforts, creating delivery plans, scope discovery workshops, and solution presentations to senior executives.
• Experience in supporting teams with gaining access to tenders, building proposals, winning work and delivering projects.
• Ability to support SAP capability leader in practice management initiatives such as recruitment and developing others.
• Capability to lead design, build, test and deploy for a 5-10 Digital HR team with deep technical and functional experience across SuccessFactors.
• Ability to review and provide quality assurance for milestone-based deliverables.
• Possession of deep client engagement skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Integration Center and CPI integrations.
• Ability to liaise with application management and legacy IT support teams.
• Relationships, capability and experiences working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance and other SAP partner products such as Workforce Solutions, Docusign and Centrical etc. will be a plus point.
