- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including exposure to experienced-hire recruitment
- Proficient use of sourcing tools and recruitment channels to identify and assess candidates
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday)
- English: minimum C1 (full professional proficiency)
