You will join the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team, working closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders across PwC Luxembourg. The team collaborates daily with Business Recruiters, Graduate TA and Talent Attraction specialists to deliver coordinated hiring strategies. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on experienced hires, you play a strategic role in shaping how PwC Luxembourg attracts and hires key talent. You manage recruitment end-to-end while advising stakeholders on market trends and talent needs, ensuring hiring decisions are aligned with business priorities.

In this role, you will partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies that reflect current and future talent needs, and own the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires, from sourcing to offer, ensuring quality and consistency across all stages. You will provide market insights and guidance to influence recruitment decisions and positioning, build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas, and coordinate with Talent Attraction and Graduate TA teams to align priorities and ensure clear communication of hiring progress. Your contributions will deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that strengthens PwC’s employer brand and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and impact.

You will join the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team, working closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders across PwC Luxembourg. The team collaborates daily with Business Recruiters, Graduate TA and Talent Attraction specialists to deliver coordinated hiring strategies.

What your role will look like

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on experienced hires, you play a strategic role in shaping how PwC Luxembourg attracts and hires key talent. The skills you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including exposure to experienced-hire recruitment
  • Proficient use of sourcing tools and recruitment channels to identify and assess candidates
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday)
  • English: minimum C1 (full professional proficiency)
