The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives (MoPDSI)/ Planning Commission invites applications from highly accomplished and visionary professionals for a prestigious leadership role under the World Bank-financed Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) as Project Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact national initiative aimed at strengthening Pakistan's resilience to climate-induced floods and advancing sustainable development.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Qualification/Education: Master's or BS (04 years) degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Rural/International Development, Political Science, Law, Development Management, Social/Management Sciences, or any relevant discipline. Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience at the international, national, or provincial level.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing PSDP and/or foreign-funded projects, including effective monitoring, preparation, and execution of annual work plans, budgets, planning, administration.
