In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced individuals for Digital Banking based in Karachi.
The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position, reporting to Divisional Head – Digital Wallet, Acquiring & Core Digital Platforms:
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Candidates having Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Science and / or Information Technology related fields would be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 08 years of experience in Banking or Fintech, out of which minimum 01 year in QR Business and / or Raast P2M Acquiring.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of Merchant Acquiring or and digital payment ecosystems
- Strategic leadership and vision development
- Raast P2M acquiring and digital payment expertise
- Partnership management and ecosystem development
- Regulatory compliance knowledge
- Risk management and fraud prevention
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Presentation skills and executive communication
- Communication at all levels
Strategic Leadership & Vision:
- To lead comprehensive strategy for merchant acquiring and other proximity-based payment solutions.
- To define long-term vision and roadmap.
- To drive digital transformation initiatives.
- To develop competitive positioning strategies.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- To manage communication at all levels.
