We are seeking a Forensics Accounting Manager passionate about forensic accounting, reviews, and dispute advisory, looking to take the next step in their forensics career. This unique opportunity in Dublin or Cork allows you to build your career at the intersection of forensic accounting, data, audit, and strategy. You will partner with clients as a trusted advisor, gain exposure to high-profile cases, and collaborate with legal teams, our wider Deals practice, and Forensic Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Delivering forensic engagements: Support and lead complex engagements involving damages quantification, forensic reviews, investigations, forensic accounting, and economic analysis for commercial disputes.
- Analysing and interpreting complex information: Conduct document review and financial analysis to identify key issues, assess evidence, and contribute to case strategy.
- Developing high-quality factual and expert reports: Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for client and legal use.
- Team leadership: Nurture, inspire, and empower junior teams through learning, development, and delivery of high-quality work across a portfolio of client engagements.
- Contributing to practice growth: Support business development, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Leveraging technology: Utilize data analytics and e-discovery tools to enhance efficiency and insight.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant (or equivalent)
- Typically 3+ years’ PQE in forensic accounting, dispute advisory, audit, or litigation support.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire teams, and experienced in leading forensics client engagements
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information
- Experience delivering data analysis, document review and interviews to evidential standards
- Proven ability to prepare clear, well-structured reports for advisory, investigation or expert purposes
- Comfortable working with legal teams and contributing to expert assignment
- Forensics or dispute-related certification is an advantage.
