Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Our client, a leading hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Guest Relation Officer to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and attentive to detail, creating a positive and welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate with relevant departments to meet guest needs.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by following up on feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in coordinating VIP arrivals, events, and special occasions.
  • Support internal communication between front office, housekeeping, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Requirements
