Our client, a leading hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Guest Relation Officer to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and attentive to detail, creating a positive and welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s values.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate with relevant departments to meet guest needs.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by following up on feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in coordinating VIP arrivals, events, and special occasions.
- Support internal communication between front office, housekeeping, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hospitality standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage (English + Arabic or other languages).
- Experience in luxury hotels or international hospitality brands.
