This role is within the Line of Service Advisory, Industry/Sector Technology, specializing in Advisory - Other Management. We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD Manager with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution to lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives. This position demands deep functional expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a consultative mindset to guide clients through complex business challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end SAP SD delivery, mentoring teams, and shaping strategic roadmaps that align technology with business outcomes.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support engagements
- Define solution architecture and oversee integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM, PP)
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions
- Drive process optimization across order-to-cash, pricing, billing, and logistics execution
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure delivery excellence across all project phases
- Provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices, S/4HANA migration, and digital innovation
- Conduct workshops, blueprinting sessions, and fit-gap analyses
- Oversee quality assurance, change management, and user training initiatives
- Mentor junior consultants and build high-performing delivery teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of SAP SD experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations
- Strong domain knowledge in sales processes, pricing strategies, and logistics
- Proven leadership in managing SAP projects and cross-functional teams
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in global delivery models and multicultural environments
