You’ll be part of our Financial Services Governance, Risk & Compliance team within Assurance, supporting leading insurance and financial services organisations. You’ll be at the forefront of advising top players in the Belgian and international market, helping them navigate complex finance transformation in a controlled, compliant and future-ready way. You will play a key role in strengthening finance functions while ensuring alignment with regulatory, risk and reporting requirements.
You will lead and execute large-scale finance transformation initiatives within the insurance industry, helping organisations modernise their finance operating model. In this role, you will drive improvements across processes, reporting, controls, data and technology, ensuring finance functions are efficient, compliant and future-ready. You will work closely with stakeholders across finance, risk, actuarial, business and technology to translate strategic priorities into practical transformation roadmaps and measurable impact.
Your day will include taking ownership of complex transformation programmes and delivering tangible client impact:
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation programmes, from design to implementation
- Drive improvements across finance processes, reporting and controls, leveraging automation, data and new technologies
- Translate regulatory requirements (e.g. IFRS 17, Solvency II, CSRD) into effective finance solutions and operating models
- Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights
- Lead and coach teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong collaboration across multidisciplinary environments
