Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Translate platform shifts into clear creative direction for the team Ensure content is optimized for both organic and paid distribution Job Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Strong understanding of social media algorithms; audience behavior; platform-native content formats. Demonstrated ability to: Analyze performance data Translate insights into creative improvements Excellent storytelling and communication skills Experience managing a team Ability to operate in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment Preferred Experience working with or at major platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Meta) or in-house creative agency Experience with video editing and content production tools Familiarity with SEO and discoverability mechanics Experience integrating organic and paid social strategies Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
