This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar). Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for an Overnight Guest Services Agent (Luggage Porter / Bell Attendant) to join our team! The Overnight Guest Services Agent role: The Overnight Guest Services Agent is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The ideal Guest Services Agent ensures that all guestâs arrivals and departures are swift and complete. This position is a Full Time Permanent Overnight position, which will be responsible for ensuring seamless service on the Overnight Shift. The ideal Overnight Guest Services Agent will have: Current, clean driving license in the UK/EU Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills Warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area. This individual must be able to lift heavy objects and be comfortable withstanding all weather conditions Excellent communication as well as guest contact and organization skills Previous experience as a Luggage Porter / Bell Attendant beneficial, but not required.
