Support the team to execute the Assurance Learning & Development agenda.

- Support senior team members in collaborating with business leaders to identify skills gaps and learning needs to support business goals
- Help to implement L&D initiatives, evaluate and recommend learning solutions/enhancements
- Have a good understanding about the ‘Future of Learning’ needs, able to design programmes using innovative ways including action learning, self-directed learning, digital learning, blended learning etc.
- Support senior team members in working with internal and external providers to design and deliver bespoke learning solutions aligned to business needs
- Deliver and facilitate learning solutions (with support from senior team members, where needed)
- Help to assess the effectiveness and impact of the learning solution by leveraging technology where appropriate and use learning analytics to draw insight and make data-driven decisions.
- End to end management of learning solutions with proven experience in project management and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic environment
- Manage regulatory requirements and reporting to ensure full compliance
- Provide suggestions and execute process enhancement to drive efficiencies
