Role: Manager – Raw Material Store and Warehouse | Department: Raw Material Store | City: Karachi | Place of Work: Karachi | Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the complete raw material supply chain and warehouse operations, including coordination, inventory control, storage, issuance and warehouse management. The role ensures accurate stock management, demand planning, ERP compliance, proper warehouse practices, and seamless coordination across furniture raw material stores to support uninterrupted production flow, operational efficiency and cost optimization.

  • Lead all raw material receiving, storage, preservation, issuance, and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control through ERP, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and audits.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and control slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
  • Maintain optimum stock levels to support production without disruption.
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, QA, and Finance to ensure timely material availability.
  • Monitor material consumption, demand trends, and stock requirements.
  • Proactively resolve material shortages and supply-related issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate ERP transactions and documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, audit requirements, and safety standards.
  • Prepare inventory, warehouse, and KPI reports for management review.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for furniture raw material storage efficiency.
  • Implement 5S, lean warehouse practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Improve material handling processes to reduce damage, time, and cost.
  • Ensure proper environmental conditions for sensitive materials (foam, fabric, wood).
  • Lead, develop, and supervise warehouse and store personnel.
  • Ensure productivity, discipline, training, and adherence to SOPs and safety practices.

Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field

Experience : 8–10 years of experience in raw material / warehouse, store management
