Our Treasury Consulting team in Madrid is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Consultant to participate in high-impact projects in large organizations. This role involves participating in Treasury transformation projects from strategy to execution, analyzing and redesigning end-to-end processes (Cash & Liquidity Management, Cash Flow & Forecasting, Financial Risk Management, Payments and Collections), driving digitalization and operational model evolution, managing risks and stakeholders, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting.
- Solid knowledge of Treasury processes and the financial cycle.
- Experience in transformation, digitalization, or process improvement.
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of Spanish and English.
- Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of specific applications such as SAP in the Cash Management, Bank Communication Management, Treasury and Risk Management, In-house bank modules.
- Other Treasury software: Kyriba, FIS, SAGE…
- Banking connectivity: SWIFT, EBICS, EDITRAN.
- Certifications (CTP, ACT, SAP) or experience in automation/APIs.
