We are growing our team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland and are looking for experienced Senior Analysts and Managers who want to play a meaningful role in shaping and delivering real transformation outcomes, offering a prime opportunity for career growth in management consulting at PwC Auckland.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Experience in delivering transformation, change, or project-based work (typically 4–7 years), with the ability to contribute to and lead workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a range of stakeholders, including senior and executive levels.
- Comfortable working in structured delivery environments, with familiarity in recognised methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMI/PMBOK), and the ability to apply these pragmatically.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams, navigating complexity and aligning diverse groups toward common outcomes.
- Clear and confident communication skills, able to translate complex ideas into practical actions for both clients and teams.
- Well-organised and proactive in approach, able to manage competing priorities, work independently, and deliver to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
