About the role The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests visiting the Spa, creating a welcoming and seamless experience from arrival to departure. This role is responsible for coordinating appointments, processing payments, promoting Spa services and retail products, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects Four Seasons' legendary service standards. The Spa Receptionist plays a key role in delivering personalized experiences while supporting the daily operations of the Spa. What you will do Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a memorable first impression. Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and Spa appointments efficiently. Schedule, modify, and confirm Spa reservations using Book4Time or the property's Spa management system. Provide detailed information about Spa treatments, wellness experiences, facilities, and retail products. Recommend treatments and products based on guests' preferences and needs while maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. Process payments accurately for Spa services, memberships, and retail purchases. Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservation records, and transaction documentation. Answer telephone calls and emails promptly, providing exceptional customer service. Coordinate with Spa Therapists and operational teams to ensure appointments run smoothly. Handle guest requests, concerns, and special arrangements with professionalism and discretion. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Spa reception area. Ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies, procedures, and service standards. Promote a positive, collaborative work environment while supporting departmental objectives. What you bring High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a luxury hotel, Spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment preferred. Minimum of six months of guest service or Spa reception experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Book4Time or similar Spa management software is an advantage. English proficiency (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
