Project Management
> Lead the delivery of our project management services in Dhaka for two projects.
> Lead and monitor the performance of project teams, the quality of services delivered, and compliance with the company HSE policy.
> Manage Project Management team deployed by client along with own Ex Pat team deployed on site from India.
> Lead client reporting, escalations and risk management related to the project
> Provide advice, coaching, and training to site teams and drive the team/individuals’ performance.
> Implement and monitor internal processes.
> Manage the project team recruitment and deployment in coordination with HR department
> Manage billing and payment collection in coordination with client and own finance depart.
Requirements:
Required Education & Experience
> BTech. In Civil Engineering. Post-graduate degree is a plus.
> Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in project management, in leadership position, on high rise building projects (above 150 meters) and complex large real estate projects (BUA > 50,000 m2) with state of art construction technologies and equipment
> Construction experience abroad in Middle East is a plus.
> Good understanding of budgets and cost for a complex real estate project
> Well versed in digital techniques such as BIM (Revit, for design management, scheduling and cost management exercise for the project
Required Skills
> Solid technical skills, well versed in modern construction techniques.
> Experience of working or leading projects on BIM (Building Information Modelling).
> A good leader able to motivate teams and develop constructive relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
> Process driven with good attention to details.
> Excellent communication and presentation skills.
> Ability to manage clients and other stakeholders independently.
> MS Project Scheduling
Salary:
USD 4,500 to 5,400 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
