We are actively seeking a dedicated Reporting and Process Management Expert to join our team in Bydgoszcz, focusing on enhancing financial operations, improving regulatory compliance, and driving efficient business processes within a dynamic global environment.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Availability to work on-site in Bydgoszcz.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in information, knowledge or document management within documentation‑intensive and regulated environments.
- Experience supporting administrative, reporting, compliance or audit‑related activities in a multinational organisation, governmental body or international institution.
- Strong understanding of information, knowledge and records management processes, including governance, quality, compliance and audit‑readiness requirements.
- Hands‑on experience working with document management systems, information repositories or collaborative platforms with strong attention to detail, accuracy, consistency of records while handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to produce clear, precise documentation and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, with proficiency in using modern technologies and AI‑based tools.
