About the role Offer support to departmental and hotel operation to make sure hotel facilities are operating in normal status. Offer support and lead staff for emergency glitch recovery. Offer training to staff including technical and service knowledge. Know and control energy consumption. Make effort on hotel energy saving program. Supervise and push Preventive and Maintenance Program and reduce the glitches. Adjust Preventive and Maintenance Program according to actual situation. Be familiar with hotel Engineering system and equipments. High school education or equivalent experience.
