This exciting Relationship Manager role is based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, within the Digital Accounts Center (Roshan Digital) - Retail Banking Group at the Head Office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and handling Roshan Digital customer portfolios, addressing customer queries and providing efficient support, assisting customers with RDA-related investment opportunities (INPC, PSX, etc.), and performing periodic KYC reviews and updating customer records, while identifying potential cross-selling opportunities. This position offers a dynamic opportunity in **digital banking** and **retail finance** in **Karachi**.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum Education: Minimum Bachelor's, preferably Master's degree from an HEC recognized institute / university.
- Preferred Qualification: Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
- Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
