Do you want to help our clients understand rapidly changing customer needs and develop solutions for their biggest challenges? Then the role of Director within the Customer Transformation team is for you! You will play a key role in further expanding our customer transformation consulting practice, focusing on sales, business development, client project delivery, and competence leadership.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

You are an entrepreneur who sees commercial opportunities where others see risks. You have a good sense for identifying opportunities with clients and dare to invest in relationships and go-to-markets with long-term value. You can combine commercial and strategic insight with a customer-focused mindset. In addition, you possess:
  • A completed master's degree, preferably in a financial/economic, business administration, or technical field of study;
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the Commercial sector at the intersection of Service, Sales & Pricing Business and IT, preferably gained at a consultancy firm comparable to PwC;
  • Demonstrable experience in closing complex deals in enterprise environments;
  • A good foundation in IT capabilities and IT platforms within the Customer Transformation domain;
  • You bring a network of relevant customer transformation relationships to PwC to ensure future business;
  • Results-orientation: You drive measurable impact: revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and sustainable customer relationships. You maintain focus on goals without losing sight of the human aspect;
  • Adaptability: You move effortlessly between different sectors, client types, and internal teams. You switch quickly and effectively in a dynamic environment;
  • Decisiveness under pressure: You make well-considered decisions, even in challenging situations, and know how to prioritize;
  • Strong leadership qualities and at least 5 years of experience in managing large multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, both on-site and near/offshore teams;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you are naturally a networker and strong in building client relationships. You have experience with stakeholder management at C-level and board level. You know how to engage people with your story. You know how to enthuse clients, colleagues, and stakeholders for your vision and approach;
  • Excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages, in writing and speaking.
