We are looking for a
Payroll Specialist to handle the monthly payroll process for our Clients, prepare monthly reports, issue certificates of remuneration, settle civil law contracts, prepare ZUS, PFRON, PIT declarations and GUS reports, collaborate with tax and insurance institutions, calculate sickness benefits, working time, manage absences, and communicate with clients effectively.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- A university degree, preferably in Economics (Accounting, Finance, or related fields) or Law.
- 2+ years of experience in Payroll operations.
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Experience in operating HR and payroll software (experience with enova365 software would be an advantage).
- Practical knowledge of labor law, social insurance regulations, benefits, and personal income tax.
- Analytical skills, attention to details, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, team working skills, good work organization.
- Confidence in using modern technologies and AI‑based tools in daily work (e.g., automation, data analysis, smart content creation).
