Indus Hospital, QF, NST & SMP Campus, Jubilee Town, Lahore has announced job vacancy of Aya at Pediatrics & Neonatal Medicine department.

The job responsibilities of Aya at Indus Hospital, QF, NST & SMP Campus, Jubilee Town, Lahore are:
• Clear reception area/ Nursing counters when required.
• Assist the nursing team in the positioning and transfer of patients in the all units.
• Assist the nursing team in the bed making.
• Assist the nursing team in the cleaning/dusting of wards and associated Bio-Medical equipment (under supervision of nursing staff).
• Attend all requirements with relevant clinical procedures within the hospital.
• Assist Nursing team during Delivery procedure to clear all the delivery related waste.
• Support the patients for bathing and clothing.
• Support nursing staff in the proper segregation of hospital waste specially ensure that all clinical sharp boxes are locked at all times.
• Support clinical staff with the safe handling and movement of clinical Specimens.
• Respect and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Be accountable for own standards of work.
• Attend appropriate training sessions to improve standard of practice.
• Perform any other duties as required and deemed competent to do so.
• Promote effective communication within all department areas.
• Report to the appropriate nurse any patient related information.
• Support colleagues and work co-operatively to promote good team morale.
• Work as part of the Portering Department and liaise closely with colleagues & Patients to provide an efficient Portering system.
• Actively work to maintain the standards set by TIH/MSSH.

Qualification:

• Matric with relevant certification and Diploma

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
