Description:

Capital Development Authority (CDA) is pleased to announce 06 months 'CDA Internship Program-2024' from June, 2024 at CDA, Islamabad on monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000/- per month.

Requisite Qualification:-

• Eligible Students must have completed Bachelors Degree (04 years) in last 03 years from a Government recognized institution in the following disciplines:-
• Students awaiting for results to meet the eligibility criteria are ineligible.

Application Procedure: -

• Applications devoid of requisite information will not be shortlisted
• Applications submitted in person will not be entertained.

• Applicants may apply online within 15 days from date of publication of advertisement.

Selection Procedure: -
• Applicants with consistently excellent academic record shall be shortlisted. Percentage marks obtained in SSC, HSSC and Bachelors or equivalent shall be given corresponding weightage from 30 marks each i.e. total 90 marks. Ten (I O) marks will be allocated for interview.
• Name of shortlisted candidates for interview will be uploaded on CDA website With detailed guidelines. https://cda.gov.pk/
• Number of interns, placement, assigning of duty and termination etc. of internship shall be the discretion of CDA. However, interns can also request for termination of internship on 15 days' notice in writing but internship completion certificate shall not be awarded in such cases.
• Application of those students, who have served as intern under 'CDA Internship Program-2023' shall not be entertained /accepted.
• The internship is neither offer of appointment nor its period extendable, and shall not confer any right of employment/regularization etc. Interns will only be entitled to lump-sum stipend mentioned above and will be governed by rules of CDA with regard to disciplinary matters and confidentiality.
