Job Location WARSAW PLANT & GO Job Description We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead our transition from standard Power BI reporting to a unified, AI-powered application. This role is key to building an interactive platform with actionable functionalities, including "chat with your data" features that leverages structured/unstructured data primarily from Power Bi semantic models, external services and internal file systems. You will not only drive the technical development but also mentor junior team members, helping us build an end-to-end "insight to action" capability.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Architect and build a unified web application for an interactive user experience that moves beyond traditional dashboards. Translate business needs into technical requirements and innovative solutions by collaborating with stakeholders. Lead and mentor junior developers, growing their skills in AI and software development to build a high-performing team. Job Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Proven senior-level experience designing and deploying AI models, particularly with RAG, ACE, or similar.
